About the Job

The successful candidate will required to effectively plan & co-ordinate Installations Teams to meet new and existing client's expectations. Main functions will be the installation, Health Check and repair of new and existing Globaltrack Products in accordance of company and quality control procedures through various mobile teams. Duties include but are not limited to: -Schedule and plan new Installations. -Ensure SOW documents are detailed with site inspection, vehicle & tanks details -Issue stock, schedule the plans and communicate details for Teams to execute their functions optimally. -Coordinate customer vehicle availability -Scheduling of repairs & health checks -Ordering of stock and monitoring of stock levels -All PO’s for installation teams – fuel, car wash, toll gates, etc. -Create Investigation reports for billable repairs -Assist with project planning and resource management -Weekly/daily progress reports on outstanding installations and health checks -Repairs analysis – recurring problems -Report on the planned vs actual productivity. You will be required to demonstrate a can-do attitude and pro-actively come up with solutions for problems that arise during the installation process. The ideal candidate must have a clear criminal record. Minimum Requirements: -Matric -Diploma / Certificate in Planning would be advantages -5 - 8years experience in a similar project or planning role. -Drivers License -Computer literate with Proficient in Excel and MS office
